How we work together

An agreed review standard on every engagement

Every engagement has an agreed analytical review and quality-assurance arrangement proportionate to its scope. Review authority, deliverables, escalation procedures and service cadence are recorded in the engagement terms.

Specialist geospatial and open-source expertise is applied through one defined, repeatable method, and data and platform partners are selected for each client's question.

Technical judgement and commercial scope require complementary sign-off: Dr Nawaf is accountable for analytical method and intelligence quality; Rawny is accountable for commercial terms, delivery and the client relationship. Analytical authority and risk-management experience together connect the intelligence assessment to the client's decision.
