AURORAH GeoSignal Intelligence
Our approach

The value sits between the data and the decision

AURORAH combines a founder-developed analytical method with permitted third-party information and specialist tools, and keeps every assessment tied to the client's own decision.

Through the whole cycle

The service runs through the whole strategic cycle, not only the crisis

Stable

Maintain the baseline, monitor long-range indicators and challenge assumptions.

Changing

Identify shifts early, revise scenarios and preserve decision options.

Crisis

Increase cadence through flash estimates and executive briefings.

After the event

Test outcomes, document revisions and reset the next monitoring cycle.

How we work

Four commitments behind every assessment

A maintained decision baseline

Each engagement starts by establishing what normal activity looks like for the client's question, so that meaningful deviations stand out from routine noise.

Indicators tied to your decision

Warning indicators are agreed with the client and sequenced across air, land, sea, space and cyber, so each change is read against the decision it affects.

Attributable human assessment

Every estimate states its judgement, its confidence and the evidence that would change it, under named analytical accountability.

Vendor-neutral sourcing

Sources are selected for the question, subject to licences, lawful access and the client's permissions, rather than fixed by a single supplier.

Project AURORAH GeoSignal MASINT System

AURORAH’s approach is based on the Project AURORAH methodology. Geospatial data, commercially licensed radio-frequency and signature data, and other lawfully available sources are combined in a five-stage method, under a review arrangement recorded in the engagement terms.

1 · Define the decision
  • The client's priority question
  • The decision it will inform
  • Audience and timeframe
  • Security and handling requirements
2 · Establish baseline
  • Map the relevant actors
  • Document starting conditions
  • Agree monitoring indicators
  • Confidence and reporting cadence
3 · Select permitted inputs
  • Imagery and geospatial data
  • Licensed radio-frequency data
  • Licensed signature data
  • Air and maritime movement
  • Expert judgement and open sources
4 · Fuse and test explanations
  • Time and location alignment
  • Orbit and overpass correlation
  • Pattern-of-life baselines
  • Competing explanations tested
5 · Issue and revise judgement
  • Source reliability and gaps
  • Confidence and scenarios
  • Review recorded in engagement terms
  • Revised as new evidence arrives

Inputs in Stage 3 are used where lawfully available and appropriately licensed for the engagement; partner commercial sensing products and third-party data and tools are distinguished from AURORAH's own analytical work. AURORAH does not intercept communications.

AURORAH integrates information and intelligence from multiple sources and domains through the Project AURORAH GeoSignal MASINT methodology. Sources and methods are protected; the inputs and analytical arrangements used for each engagement are governed by applicable permissions, confidentiality, security requirements and agreed contractual terms.

Intelligence estimate

An assessed outlook, warning indicators, confidence level and implications for the client's decision.

This describes the analytical workflow. The sources used in any engagement vary with licences, lawful access and the agreed mandate.
